In a fluctuating and dynamic development market, clients often need to future proof design concepts to allow for changing building use. The OCD was commissioned to design 3 future options for a prominent Melbourne site with a theoretical commencement date of 2020. While the proposed use changes, the overriding urban design and concept strategies remain similar.
